We are looking for someone to be flexible and available within their given time windows to fill in for teachers who may be out for any reason. This schedule may not have set days or hours each week. The hours could be planned in advance in the case of a staff vacation or they could be last minute when someone has called in or we need another set of hands. There is potential for advancement to become a full time employee if desired when a position is open. The sub position demands for flexibility as you wouldn’t be tied into one room rather filling in for any of the 4 classrooms and both locations.

· Create and maintain
staff schedules for classrooms, working to ensure all rooms are staffed appropriately and staff maintain appropriate hours. Fill in as needed
for time off requests. Record
unexcused staff absences.
· Ensure
social media is vibrant and appropriate. Create enticing posts that display the quality of care provided, while maintaining confidentiality and ensuring those
without permission to post do not appear on social media. Ensure that only children with permission have photos posted and that no identifying info is shared.
· Reply to parent inquiries for care through social media. Direct
to waiting list as appropriate.

Perform new student tours and maintain the waiting list and
current enrollment spreadsheet ffor the facility.
·
Set up new recurring invoices for students and invoicing for drop
in families.
·
Facilitate staff meetings. Ensure all staff attend all meetings unless
there is a serious and unavoidable reason for not attending.
·
Perform staff evaluations (30 day, 60 day if needed, 90 day,
6 month, annual and as needed).
·
Oversee and maintain Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP), Early
Learning Scholarship program, as well as any other scholarships or financial benefits that may arise for families.
·
Address parent issues in a thoughtful and timely manner, keeping
owner apprised of any satiation that may occur.
·
Maintain staff annual training in accordance with Parent Aware.
· Submit accurate
biweekly payroll reports to payroll including holiday pay and PTO.
· Fill in scheduling gaps as best you can with drop in families,
train lead teachers to assist in filling in gaps and report to you so that invoices are up to date.

Ensure student files are kept up to date
·
Publish quality job ads to entice dedicated, talented, teaching
staff. Perform tours and interviews of new staff.

Keep track of teacher budgets, and issue monthly reports to
teachers with spending and remaining funds. Teachers have a budget of $400 per
room per year.
· Maintain good supply
levels in facility. Purchase supplies and curriculum supplies as needed using
business credit card.
· Handle behavior
plans as needed including writing, implementing, and meeting with staff and parents.
·
Handle student referrals to Help Me Grow or HDC or CICC. This
includes bringing up the conversation with parents when you notice or when
teachers alert you to any issue and you agree with their assessment, scheduling
and following up with evaluators and therapists.
·
Maintain a secure facility, including ensuring rear door is
locked at all times, and front doors are locked between the hours of 9:00 am and 3:00pm.
·
Be very familiar with and ensure Love and Logic techniques are
followed through the classrooms.
·
Maintain a very clean and well-organized facility including all
classrooms, storage areas, common areas, bathrooms, kitchen, office, and outdoor spaces used by parents,
staff or students. Delegate tasks to staff and follow up to ensure tasks are completed
to a high standard. Ensure teachers are performing regular cleaning and
maintenance tasks in classrooms, including closing duties.

Encourage and uplift the team, including holding people to high standards,
encouraging self-reflection, growth and development, and mentorship within the
campus.
·
Maintain Rule 2 throughout the campus, making it second nature
for all staff to be aware of Rule 2 and to correct any violations that may occur.
